For 25 years, I chose music for rooms I couldn't see. As a radio producer — RIK, MEGA, SIGMA, SUPERFM, KISS FM, NRJ — my job was simple: understand what people need before they realise they need it.
Then came Pilates. I trained as an instructor — Matwork, Reformer, Clinical — and opened Reforma Flow Pilates in Nicosia. Small groups, three reformers, attention to detail.
And I found the same problem from the other side of the room. The music was breaking the flow.
So I built it.
Flow Room Music is the music system I wanted for my own studio — designed around movement, breath, timing and atmosphere. Every mix is created for a specific class length and tested in real Pilates sessions before it enters the library. If it doesn't serve the class, it doesn't ship.
